These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Arina Franzén, Botanical Perfumery Website.

International Purchases

Note that any additional charges, taxes, and import duties are not included in the shop prices unless stated otherwise. The buyer's responsibility is to check this and be aware of it. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may apply to your purchase (if any). Also, we encourage you to check this information before placing an order. 

Purchase Conditions

All buyers agree that the orders placed and products purchased from the Arina Franzén shop are solely for personal use, not resale unless we have a special retail agreement. 

Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages upon delivery (please contact your local post instead).

If your order arrived damaged, do not hesitate to email us with the photos and order number provided, and we will be sure to fix or replace your items.​

If the package is not collected and returned to us, we will only refund the products' cost, keeping the shipping fee.

Cancellation Rules

If the payment was made by mistake or you changed your mind about buying an item, please get in touch with us via info@arinafranzen.com as soon as possible (preferably within one hour after the purchase).

If the order has been shipped already, we cannot cancel an order.

Safety of the Payments

We guarantee that the Stripe payment system safely secures your bank details. 

When paying through PayPal and Klarna, their security policies apply. ​

When registering as a member of the site and saving your card details (optional), please know that we don't have access to your bank card details - only you can see that.

Fragrances/Perfume Use

All perfumes are made of high-quality essential oils that are IFRA-compliant with cosmetic-grade ingredients. In case of any allergy reactions, consult with your physician.

Do not use natural fragrances while pregnant or nursing.

Do not consume internally.

None of our fragrances is tested on animals.
